The Information We Collect
We collect email address, phone, and mailing address information from our customers to facilitate the order process and to communicate regarding requests and problems. This contact information is only used internally. We respect your right to privacy, and we do not share this information with other companies. Similarly, the billing information we collect when you make a purchase is used only in the processing of your transactions and is protected by Secure Socket Layer technology.

Shipping: Purchases will be shipped from store in 2 business days from time of receipt of order.

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or overseas require special handling. Please contact us, or 401-596-3325 for pricing.

CHOCOLATE DAMAGED DUE TO HEAT EXPOSURE WILL NOT BE REPLACED. We do not recommend shipping chocolates to climates above 60°F. If you chose to ship chocolates in warm weather, we must ask that you take responsibility for the condition of the chocolate upon its arrival. Important Weather Note: Chocolate may be shipped safely via Standard Delivery during cool weather to temperate climates. During warm weather and to warm climates, we will recommend shipping with heat resistant packaging. However, due to heat and distance, some locations will require 2nd Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery at additional cost per address. See Shipping & Handling chart.

Because of temperature variations and to ensure the quality of our chocolate, we choose NOT to ship over a weekend. Standard delivery orders received on Wednesdays that include chocolate items will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Please note that shipping charges are applied per address. Prices are valid for shipping with in the Continental United States. Rates listed do not include Sunday delivery.
